Role-Playing Game (RPG) to Increase Student's Learning Motivation

Online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic made teachers and students study separately resulting in low student enthusiasm. This aims to create a media Role-Playing Game (RPG) increase motivation. research is Research Development with Alessi & Trollip model. The population this amounted 512. sampling technique was simple random of 120 students. At alpha test stage, validated by 3 experts material experts. After revision carried out test, beta tested determine its effectiveness increasing data collection method quantitative, using questionnaire instrument quantitative analysis SPSS 25 program. results showed that RPG created "Very Appropriate" category an average percentage 95%. It concluded proved be more effective than classes did not use or conventional media, score obtained from statistical at significance level 0.000 which less 0.05 (0.000<0.05). implies need choose suitable for needs attract students' enthusiasm learning.
